OFF-ICE FITNESS TRAINING

Success in skating on any level requires exceptional physical fitness in ways that are generally not acquired through play or daily life. Combined with a fitness assessment, off-ice training can provide faster breakthroughs in technical on-ice skills as well as contribute to injury prevention.
